Starting in the IPTV/OTT business in 2003, Ruben is one of the pioneers establishing
IP based TV applications in more than 30 references worldwide since then for
manufacturers, operators, as well as being a consultant.

He has worked in various big operators leading the Service Quality Management setup
as well as the setting up the Service Management. As such he has a deep
understanding of our customers' needs and also of the problems they face in their daily
business. Consultative selling is his passion and our customers like that he speaks the
same language.

Ruben joined NPAW in 2019, taking care of Sales in the EMEA and APAC regions as
Chief Sales Officer.
