Cancellation, Substitutions, & Refunds Policy

Register Worry-Free Through March 31st!

Registration cancellations received on or before March 31, 2023, will receive a full refund with no cancellation fees. Registration cancellations received between April 1 and April 21, 2023 are subject to a $100 administrative fee, although you can substitute another attendee in your place. Please provide full contact information for the person who will be replacing the original registrant when submitting any substitution request. After April 21, no refunds will be issued.
