Mike Dunkle joined Valve in 2000 as one of the initial members of the development team for Steam®, a leading platform for PC, Mac, and Linux software with over 100 million registered users and over 3,000 titles from developers and publishers around the world. At Valve, Mike is responsible for general business development, overseeing the identification and relationship management of infrastructure partners including all aspects of contract development and negotiation and, where necessary, partner product commercialization. Other duties including strategic planning and implementation of Valve’s network in existing and new territories supporting the business goals of Steam and our game teams.

Valve is an entertainment software and technology company founded in 1996 and based in Bellevue, Washington. Valve launched its first game in 1998 with the debut of the Half-Life franchise. The company’s portfolio has grown to include titles in the Counter-Strike®, DOTA 2, Day of Defeat®, Team Fortress®, Left 4 Dead™ and Portal™ franchises. This portfolio of titles have earned hundreds of media accolades and accounts for over 70 million retail units sold worldwide.
